Contemporary artist, Benjamin Hazen, presents eleven paintings spanning the past two decades of his career. Hazen’s works depict material objects and interior spaces through unexpected perspectives. His unsettling still-life images obscure the viewer’s sightline and evoke themes of loneliness and disorientation. The dedicated artist devotes himself to his work, living in voluntary isolation and taking as long as a year to finish each piece.
